PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carry-out device structured so that a member to receive a work can be moved between the standby position and the receiving position following such a locus as avoiding the work held by a member to hold work in a processing machine, capable of carrying out works having various diameters and lengths. SOLUTION: A carry-out table part 3 as the member to receive work is allowed to make motion between the receiving position and the standby position following the locus avoiding the work held by the member to hold work viewed on the frontal elevation in a carry-out mechanism 5, and in the receiving position, a slope descending in the work transporting direction is formed. A carryout sub-table part 4 put in motion by the carry-out mechanism 5 synchronously with the motion of the carry-out table part 3 is provided with a surface on which the work can make transfer from the carry-out table part 3 and make movement in the condition that the carry-out table part 3 is in the receiving position.
