Disclosed is a method for the production of plastic moulded items with an inner cavity by injecting liquid, particularly water, a device for the production of said plastic moulded items with an inner cavity and a liquid injection device in the form of an injection nozzle. In order to produce an inner cavity in the plastic material which is injected into the cavity, liquid is introduced in a dynamic phase according to closed adjustment and control of the flow of liquid according to speed, mass and/or volume. This is followed by a static phase according to closed adjustment of the pressure of the liquid until final solidification of the plastic moulded item with an inner cavity inside the cavity of the mould resulting in compression. In the device for the production of plastic moulded items with an inner cavity, a liquid injection device (25) is operated with the aid of a control device (26) in such a way that a flow of liquid is introduced in a dynamic phase in the form of a closed adjustment according to speed, mass and/or volume and a shift then occurs to a static phase wherein the pressure of the liquid is adjusted and maintained according to a closed adjustment until final solidification of the plastic moulded item (10) in the cavity of the mould (2) resulting in compression. The invention also relates to a liquid injection device (20) which is embodied in the form of an injection nozzle (21) and whose nozzle tip protrudes into a cavity of the mould (2) and into the plastic material located therein, preferably in the direction of demoulding. The injection nozzle (21) is embodied in the form of a sliding valve which only opens when a pressurized liquid is applied and which discharges a flow of liquid in the direction of the arrow (22), preferably perpendicular to the demoulding device. |
