The machine has a tube (1) machined to receive an opening (7) acting as a passage for a steel wire (9) and a net (10). A support welded on the tube, permits to fix the machine on a tractor or an agricultural works machine. A part (2) supports cases (11) that receive twine pellets (15) which roll the net around the wire. A semi funnel shaped cone (3) is welded in front of the tube, and permits to gather and collect the net on the wire.
