<p>Preparation of salts of thioalkyl ester derivative (I) comprises reacting organic dihalogenide compound (II) with thiosulfate at 80-150[deg]C, where the reaction is carried out in water without the addition of alcohols and/or glycols at pH of 3-9.8. Preparation of salts of thioalkyl ester derivative (I) of formula (Me 1>O 3SS-(CH 2) n-SSO 3Me 2>) comprises reaction of organic dihalogenide compound (II) of formula (X-(CH 2) n-X) with thiosulfate at 80-150[deg]C, where the reaction is carried out in water without the addition of alcohols and/or glycols at pH of 3-9.8.
