PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head in which leakage of ink or intrusion of air can be prevented by sealing between an intermediate plate constituting a manifold channel and a manifold member surely. SOLUTION: Under a state where an intermediate plate 3 and a manifold member 6 are combined, a first space part 6c to be filled with a sealant is formed between an outer wall part MB2 projecting from the manifold member 6 and the intermediate plate 3 along the contact part between the intermediate plate 3 and the manifold member 6 and along the outside at a part of a manifold channel 6b. An interconnecting part 6g for opening the first space part 6c to the outside is formed oppositely to the intermediate plate 3 such that the forward end part of the outer wall part MB2 substantially closes the first space part 6c in the longitudinal direction. |
