CONTROL LINE ACTUATION OF MULTIPLE DOWNHOLE COMPONENTS

An apparatus and method is disclosed which permits operation of multipl e downhole tools using at least one control line running outside the tubular string. The control line can be used to set and release a packer as well as one or more components mounted adjacent to the packer, which depend on hydraulic pressur e for their operation.
