The tool has jaws (5, 6) arranged in opposite ends of a bar (7). Two pieces (7a, 7b) are fixed to a telescope. One of the jaws (5) is displaced to the bar by a spiral piston rod (8). The jaw (5) is threaded on an inner side of a threaded cylinder provided in a common arm (10) of the bar. An inferior jaw is united to the bar through an axis (13) perpendicular to the bar.
