The cabinet has a gas outlet manifold (1), a ventilation system (2), a telescopic guillotine (3), an electronic security and control system (4), a superior registrable panel (5) located in a high part of a display cabinet, and an inferior registryable panel (8) located in a lower part of the display cabinet. A liquefied gas collecting device is connected to sinks (9). The ventilation system has an air impeller (11) with a blower pipe. A detector detects presence of a photoelectric cell, and consists of two leaves laminated crystal tracks governed by a counter (12).
