PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily display even a matter to be displayed which is held in a holding case positioned on the top of a display stand without its shoulders suspended. SOLUTION: The display stand 10 is provided with a wire rack 12 obtained by arranging and fixing a plurality of holding cases 32 and 32 in a vertical direction at vertical crosspieces 31, 31 having an engaging part formed at least one place. In the wire rack 12, each holding case 32 is integrally provided with an opening part 32a to which a matter to be displayed 13 can be inserted and a holding part 32b for holding the matter 13. The holding cases 32 are arranged so that at least a part of the holding part 32b of the holding case 32 positioned on an upper side may be inserted to the opening part 32a of a holding case 32 positioned on a lower side, and a push out cross piece 34 for pushing nearly in the center part in the right and left width direction of the matter 13 forward from a rear side is provided at the opening part 32a of a holding case 32 arranged on the top.
