PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress kinetic resisting force at the time of oscillating movement, and to prevent the generation of chattering vibrations on a mirror surface. SOLUTION: The electric mirror device comprises: a first pivot portion 10 that is provided in a center portion of a mirror plate 1 supporting a mirror 9 and an actuator base 2 supporting the mirror plate 1, and functions as a base point of oscillating movement of the mirror plate 1; and a second pivot portion 20 provided in a peripheral portion of the mirror plate 1 and the actuator base 2, composed of a slider 11 provided on the mirror plate 1 side and having two beads 111 and a holder portion 21 provided on the actuator base 2 side and contacting/engaging with the beads 111 of the slider 11, and controlling the oscillating movement of the mirror plate 1.
