<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system for efficiently executing sales floor management and article supplement by a fresh food/cooked food shop running multiple in-store tenants by borrowing display spaces from a department store or shopping center adopting an aggregate register system; and to perform delivery, supplement and display while manufacturing foods without arranging the sales staff on selling sites, without incurring the omission of articles and further without incurring the excessive stock. <P>SOLUTION: Article supplement is appropriately performed by continuously managing a display case from a remote site utilizing a network camera, a portable bar code scanner, a PDA, and the like. Data of the network camera are shared among purchasing, manufacturing and delivery sections, multi-store development and unified store operation are realized, and total cost of a supply chain are reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
