<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthcare method and system using biological information that can provide information such as advice on healthcare depending on season and measuring time and advertising suited to measuring time, according to not only a measured value of a biological information measuring device but also measuring time. <P>SOLUTION: The healthcare method comprises a step of receiving a measured value of biological information, user information and time information, a step of storing the received information, a step of retrieving and extracting corresponding advice information from an advice information database according to the biological information, a step of retrieving and extracting corresponding service information from a service information database according to the time information and biological information, and a sending step of sending the extracted advice information and service information from sending means.
