PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium supply type heating equipment capable of performing the heating operation to keep a temperature of a heated space within a comfortable temperature range even when the outside air temperature is changed. SOLUTION: This heat medium supply type heating equipment comprises a heat source means 3 for supplying the heated heat medium to a heating terminal 2 through a heat medium circulating passage 1, an opening/closing means 4 for continuing and discontinuing the supply of the heat medium by opening and closing the heat medium circulating passage 1, and a control means 5 for controlling the operation of the heat source means 3 and the opening and closing operation of the opening/closing means 4. A target opening and closing ratio of the opening/closing means 4 is determined on the basis of the temperature difference between the temperature in the heated space and a target set temperature to control the opening and closing operation, and in a case of no temperature difference, the target opening and closing ratio is determined in such manner that the higher the outside air temperature is, the smaller a ratio of opening time in the target opening and closing ratio is .
