PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fitting structure wherein a joint portion between both pipe bodies embedded in a ground has sufficient earthquake proofing performance following ground displacement due to earthquake or load such as pressure tight settlement/unequal settlement of a soft ground. SOLUTION: A fitting member 3 is provided at the joint portion between both internally inserted pipes 2 arranged in a segment 1. The fitting member 3 has an outside sleeve 31 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the internally inserted pipe 2 and an inside sleeve 32 inserted into the inner face of the outside sleeve 31 slidably in the axial direction. The inner diameter of the inside sleeve 32 is formed almost equal to the inner diameter of the internally inserted pipe 2, and a water stop ring 33 is mounted on the inner peripheral face near both ends of the outside sleeve 31. A cavity portion between the internally inserted pipe 2 and the segment 1 is partitioned in predetermined lengths with a partition wall 4, and a grout material 5 is filled in a cavity portion between the joint portion of the internally inserted pipe 2 located in the partitioned section and the segment 1.
