PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact draining structure for a bathroom unit which is formed such that a bathtub installation section side of a waterproof pan is one step lower than a washing place side of the same, wherein the draining structure does not hinder setting work of the bathroom unit, has a seal water function, and effectively prevents backflow of waste water. SOLUTION: According to the draining structure, a first drain trap 1 is arranged under the waterproof pan P on a side closer to the washing place 30 so that waste water from the washing place flows thereinto, and a second drain trap 2 is arranged under the waterproof pan on a side closer to the bathtub installation section 31 so that hot water flowing to the bathtub installation section is collected and waste water from a bathtub flows via a conduit pipe 6 thereinto. Then drain pipes of the first and second drain traps are conjoined together, and the second drain trap has a diaphragm 23 arranged therein, for separating drain water from the bathtub from drain water from the waterproof pan and preventing backflow of the waste water onto the waterproof pan on the side closer to the washing place.
