PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type business facility building, in which a large space can be ensured and which improves the facility of a removal as the advantage of a unit construction method, the shortening of the terms of work and the reduction of a cost. SOLUTION: In the building in one-storied house such as a shop, an office or the like, the building has a plurality of juxtaposed room units 2. The building has a room space 19 having no unit formed at the arranging intervals of pairs of the adjacent room units in a plurality of the room units 2 and a plurality of roof units 3 installed on each room unit 2 and the room space 19 having no unit. Each room unit 2 has columns 4 and beams 5 and the room spaces of the building are formed. In the room units 3, roofing materials 7 and ceilings 8 are mounted on frame bodies 6 as a roof truss. The roof units 3 arranged on the upper section of the room space 19 having no unit are stretched extensively over the roof units 3 with the ceilings on the room unit 2 on both sides of the room space 19 having no unit.
