PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin aging-suppressing cosmetic agent which essentially comprises a synthetic organic germanium and/or the synthetic organic germanium dissolved in charcoal-dipped water and whose use is capable of improving skin sagging on the face and the neck that becomes prominent upon aging or atopic tendency of the skin caused by disturbance of immunity. SOLUTION: The skin aging-suppressing cosmetic agent is prepared by compounding the synthetic organic germanium and/or the synthetic organic germanium dissolved in charcoal-dipped water to enable appropriate improvement of the skin sagging on the face and the neck or atopic tendency of the skin caused by disturbance of immunity.
