<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device with high luminance and good display quality with regard to a wiring structure, a substrate for a display device provided with it and a display device. <P>SOLUTION: This display device is provided with a plurality of pixel areas arranged on a glass substrate 10, TFT arranged for every pixel area, a positive electrode 40 formed by ITO for every pixel area and electrically connected with a source electrode 26 of the TFT, an organic EL layer 42 formed on the positive electrode 40, an organic EL device formed on the organic EL layer 42 and provided with a negative electrode 44 transmitting the light from the organic EL layer, and a reflecting plate 50 disposed to be entirely covered with the positive electrode 40 and reflecting the light from the organic EL layer 42. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
