<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable only specific members to view publicized images by using a digital camera. <P>SOLUTION: The group key of an image group to which the owner of a digital camera belongs to and the image group name are transmitted from a server to the digital camera (step 104). The image group names are displayed on a list, and any one is selected from among the group names (step 105, 106). The group key of the selected image group is transmitted from the digital camera to the server. The server transmits access information to the user computer of another user belonging to an image group to be specified by the received group key to the digital camera (step 108).
