PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of rapidly executing image processing. SOLUTION: An image processor is provided with a processing unit for executing first processing for an object image. The processing unit is provided with a color block selection unit and a plurality of executing units. The object image is partitioned into a plurality of blocks. Each block includes two or more kinds of color blocks having two or more mutually different kinds of colors. A time period required for processing the first processing of the first kind of color block having the first kind of color included in one block is different from a time period required for processing the first processing of the second kind of color block having the second kind of color included in the block. Furthermore, the first processing for the color block having the first kind of color requires a processing result of another color block having the first kind of color. The color block selection unit sequentially selects the color block of a processing object according to a predetermined rule.
