PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two components-reacting type construction material having advantageous points such as being easily pulverized and mixed together with the packaging material because both of the container and the lid are made of a vegetable material, and hardly causing environmental pollution because the packaging material is returned to the natural. SOLUTION: The two components-reacting type construction material is used by mixing a main material such as a calking compound and a sealing material for stopping water and carrying out filling at civil work or building work, with a hardening agent in a prescribed proportion. The main agent and the hardening agent are charged in containers 2 obtained by subjecting a starchy material obtained from the vegetable material such as glutinous rice to water-adding and heating treatment and molding the resultant product, respectively, and packaged by putting the lids 1 thereon.
