PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that operability is not good in a vehicle such as a tractor, which is provided with a main transmission and an auxiliary transmission and in which shifting position is selected by each of operating members and in which the number of shifting stage of the main transmission is not limited when working and travelling on a road and an unskillful operator can not operate shifting over multiple stages. SOLUTION: Shifting over the whole sixteen stages is enabled by main transmission and auxiliary transmission. In a tractor, shifting position of the main transmission is increased/decreased by pushing a switch provided in a grip part of a shifting lever, and shifting position of the auxiliary transmission is selected by shifting operation of the shifting lever. When the tractor is set in "standard" condition by a mode setting dial, all sixteen stages is available, and when setting "on-road travelling", main sifting position capable of selecting in auxiliary shifting position M is changed.
