PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug preparation effective for increasing the absorption of a peptide-protein drug which is hydrolyzed with digestive enzymes in the digestive tracts after oral administration, having low membrane permeability owing to its polymer nature and unable to attain a sufficient absorption quantity. SOLUTION: A solidified preparation system for promoting the absorption of a drug contains (a) an absorbefacient, (b) fine particles, (c) a peptide-protein drug, and as necessary, (d) a stabilizer. The system is a solid preparation effective for delivering the peptide-protein drug to the absorption cells of small intestine while suppressing the hydrolysis with digestive enzymes by holding the absorbefacient and the peptide-protein drug with the fine particles, and achieving efficient absorption of the peptide-protein drug by forming a high concentration gradient. In the case of more strongly suppressing the hydrolysis of the peptide-protein drug with the digestive enzymes, it is effective to add a food protein or a hydrolase inhibiting agent, or the like, as the stabilizer.
