PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the development of current technology contribute to services to a patient by carrying out operation while an image distributing person consults with an image receiving person when carrying out remote diagnosis. SOLUTION: In this X-ray diagnostic imaging system for observing a medical diagnostic image or a medical image on a plurality of monitors, when an explaining person clearly shows a noticing part on one of the monitors, the noticing part is clearly shown as well on a monitor for receiving explanation, and a microphone on the monitor of the explaining person or a microphone near it transmits the voice of the explaining person from a speaker on another monitor for receiving the explanation or a speaker near the monitor. On the other hand, the voice of a person to receive explanation is caught by a microphone on the monitor or a microphone near the monitor, and a speaker on the monitor of the person to receive explanation or a speaker near the monitor transmits the voice.
