DISINTEGRATION DEVICE AND MOLDING MATERIAL DISINTEGRATING METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disintegrate a molding material wherein a clot material or a lumpy material is formed. SOLUTION: The disintegration device is equipped with a disintegrator constituted so as to be rotationally driven centering around a rotary shaft 2 in the molding material in an up and down direction to disintegrate the molding material. The disintegrator 1 is equipped with a peripherally rotated blades 3 driven centering around the rotary shaft 2 of the disintegrator 1 and the rotary blades 4 rotationally driven centering around the rotary shaft 2 of the integrator 1 at the lower end part of the integrator 1. The rotary blades 4 are inclined so as to be directed downward to the front end of a drive direction and the angle of inclination thereof is formed so as to become 45-60°with respect to the plane crossing the rotary axis 2 of the integrator 1 at a right angle.
