PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate alumina-carbon spent refractory into unfired brick mainly containing alumina component by pulverizing the alumina-carbon spent refractory to have ≤3 mm particle diameter.

SOLUTION: The unfired brick mainly containing the alumina component has 40-80 wt.% pulverized material prepared by pulverizing the alumina-carbon spent refractory to have ≤3 mm particle diameter as a part of raw materials. The regenerating method is for regenerating the alumina-carbon spent refractory into the unfired brick mainly containing the alumina component using 40-80 wt.% pulverized material prepared by pulverizing the alumina-carbon spent refractory to have ≤3 mm particle diameter as a part of raw materials.
