SYSTEM AND PROGRAM FOR MANAGING CHARGE FOR USE OF WEB CONTENT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage a charge according with the utilization time of a specific web content without processing contents themselves provided from a server and to accurately charge for the utilization time.

SOLUTION: A use charge management program for computing the utilization time of a content and the charge according with the utilization time is mounted on a terminal machine 2 which utilizes the web content through a server 1, and the server has a function of confirming whether the use charge management program is operating in the terminal machine or not and stops providing the web content in the case that the use charge management program is not operating.
