<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination information management method which enables an examinee to transmit a certificate issued by his or her alma mater, to an institution of examinee's choice directly without passing a third person when being requested to present the certificate by the institution. <P>SOLUTION: Personal information and school report information of the examinee are stored in a school information DB 13 and a school report DB 15 of an alma mater system 1. An alma mater system server 11 generates application data and certificate data on the basis of personal information and school report information of the examinee operating an examinee terminal 5, in response to a request received from the examinee terminal 5 via a network N and transmits them to a system server 3 of a school of his or her choice via the network N and waits for ACK. The system server 31 of the school of his or her choice sends ACK as a reply to the system server 11 in response to reception of both the application data and the certificate data.
