<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image transmission system which realizes a video image reproduction stably as a result by preventing an over flow and underflow of receiving buffer by bringing a receiving rate into coincidence with a transmitting rate of a transmission side in a video image streaming reproduction. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving terminal device supervises the receiving amount of data accumulated in the receiving buffer 102, corrects the clock accuracy in a receiving terminal when there is a difference between the reference amount of data and build-up amount of data which are set beforehand, and changes the time accuracy appropriately.
