PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine and a solid tie wire for moving blade thereof including a loose type tie wire structure reducing stress generated at a part close to a through hole of tie wire of a blade part and reducing generation of fretting fatigue at a stress concentration part. SOLUTION: This turbine is provided with a plurality of turbine moving blades planted on an outer circumference of a turbine rotor and solid tie wire passed through the through hole provided on a blade part of the turbine moving blade. The solid tire wire has a stopper formed on an end part not to bite into the through hole and contacting a part other than the stress concentration part of the through hole part.
