PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide noiseproof equipment which sufficiently exerts a noiseproof effect by reducing a noise from a lower part of rolling stock, emitted in the lateral direction of a track, in consideration of multiple reflection occurring between the side surface and sound insulation wall of the rolling stock. SOLUTION: An acoustic interference mechanism 10, which achieves a noiseproof effect by interference from a sound wave, is provided at the upper end of a noiseproof wall 3 which is installed near the lateral track of a railway, and a sound absorber structure 20, which is arranged in such a manner as to overhang to the track side and which absorbs the sound wave ascending from below, is imparted to the vicinity of the upper end of the noiseproof wall 3, so that the multiple reflection can be suppressed.
