PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus which can improve a heating efficiency of a packed beverage which is a beverage enclosed in a container. SOLUTION: The heating apparatus to heat the packed beverage W up to a desired temperature condition includes a storage chamber 10 to store the packed beverage W which is the beverage enclosed in the container, a rotation means to rotate the packed beverage W stored in the storage chamber 10 and a heating medium spraying means 40 to form a collision jet stream on a surface of the container by spraying warm water on the packed beverage W which is rotated by the rotation means. The warm water strayed by the heating medium spraying means 40 is made to collide with the surface of the container of the packed beverage W with an initial collision velocity almost maintained. Especially, the interval between a nozzle hole 41a of the heating medium spraying means 40 to spray the warm water and the surface of the container of the packed beverage W is made to be 1 mm or less.
