摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition for an optical waveguide having low transmission loss, easy manufacturing property of the optical waveguide and such advantages that the waveguide has excellent long-term reliability, in particular, the clad layer does not peel from the base material even in a severe environment such as high temperature and high humidity but is stably held for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains: (A) acrylate containing a dioxolane skeleton expressed by general formula (1), wherein each of R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>independently represents a 1-20C alkyl group or cycloalkyl group, a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, and R<SB>3</SB>represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; (B) (meth)acrylate except for the component (A); (C) radical polymerizable urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer; and (D) a photopolymerization initiator.
