PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator suppressing vibration of an evaporation pipe, and effectively promoting evaporation of defrost water stored in an evaporating dish. SOLUTION: The refrigerator is provided with the evaporating dish 30 evaporating the defrost water from an evaporator 7 arranged in a machine chamber 2, and the evaporation pipe 50 connected to a discharge pipe 21 of a compressor 20 and arranged in a position separated upward from a bottom face of the evaporating dish 30. It is composed such that the evaporation pipe 50 is formed in a meandering state with a predetermined amplitude, and an amplitude L1 of an inlet side piping 51 connected to the discharge pipe 21 of the compressor 20 is larger than an amplitude L4 of an outlet side piping 55.
