PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning device capable of preventing the impairing of air conditioning performance when the air conditioning operation is performed simultaneously with the ventilation by using a total heat exchanger. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning device comprising an air conditioner 100 and the total heat exchanger 200 integrated with the air conditioner, a control means 401 is mounted to stop the operation of the total heat exchanger 200 or to adjust air volume in starting the operation of the air conditioner 100.
