<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration device for domestic purpose capable of acquiring information relevant to change of living habits by effectively using a function of calculating loads of electric power and heat, its utilizing method, and controller. <P>SOLUTION: The cogeneration device 1 for domestic purpose is provided with a learning function for predicting an economical operation pattern to carry out operation while carrying out learning based upon measurement results of use conditions of electric power and heat in a household, and the measurement results of the use conditions of electric power and heat can be used in situations other than prediction of the operation pattern. Since information of change of use conditions of electric power and heat is stored in the controller 3 in precedent coordination with information regarding the change of living habits, the information regarding the change of living habits can be easily estimated on the basis of grasped change of using conditions of electric power and heat.
