<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic functional element such as an organic semiconductor element and an organic EL element as represented by an organic TFT element, in which vapor deposition is not required in the formation of an electrode to an organic material layer, large-sizing is easy with reduced manufacturing cost, and damage is not brought about to the organic material layer in the formation of the electrode and which is not affected by the change of an environment with high reliability, and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This organic functional element is constructed of at least a plurality of electrodes and an organic material layer, and at least one electrode is constituted of metal having a melting point of less than a temperature of 30°C higher than a glass transition temperature of the organic material layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
