PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe system, a probe device and a probe, allowing an operator to operate the device only with the probe for probing a subject without touching a control part such as a keyboard of a body of the device, and a method of controlling the probe system. SOLUTION: The probe system comprises the probe 1 with a motion detecting part 3 for detecting the motion and a probe element for transmitting/receiving probe signals to/from the subject, a motion detection signal input part 4 for inputting the motion detection signal detected by the motion detecting part, a motion detection signal analysis part 5 for analyzing the motion detection signal, and a device control part 8 for controlling the motion of the probe device 2 based on the result of analysis by the motion detection signal analysis part.
