PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply control device capable of controlling the amount of fuel supply considering temperatures of an exhaust valve which changes depending on the operating state of an internal combustion engine to suppress the difference between a requested value of air-fuel ratio and the actual value. SOLUTION: A cooling degree parameter TEXVLV indicating the cooling degree of an exhaust valve is calculated according to whether one part of the cylinders are in operation or not, and whether the operation is a fuel cut operation or not. According to the engine operation state, a correction amount KTVLVM with the exhaust valve in a completely cooled state is calculated (S64), and according to the cooling degree parameter TEXVLV, a cooling degree correction coefficient KVLVAF is calculated (S65). An exhaust valve temperature correction coefficient KTVLV is calculated using the correction amount KTVLVM and the cooling degree correction coefficient KVLVAF (S66), and the amount of fuel supply is corrected by the exhaust valve correction coefficient KTVLV.
