PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil exchanger not requiring any power supply or a compressed air source, not requiring any manual labor, having a structure which is hardly broken and showing a silent operating sound and which is easy in waste oil processing and safety. SOLUTION: An oil exchanging device is constituted not requiring any power supply or a compressed air supply source or manual labor through utilization of flowing water as a unit for generating vacuum pressure. There is provided an oil exchanging device eliminating movable portions, showing a superior durability and a silent operating sound by using an aspirator in a vacuum pressure utilizing flow water. There is provided an oil exchanging device in which a waste oil processing box is installed in the main body, the oil removal can be carried out safely in concurrent with the oil removal to perform a waste oil processing.
