PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil mist filter or an oil mist separator capable of reducing air resistance (capable of reducing a pressure loss ratio) without deforming with a lapse of time and capable of catching more oil mists. SOLUTION: An oil mist filter 4 which catches oil mists from a gas containing the oil mists and is cylindrically molded is provided with a first filter part 21 which main material is a glass fiber, a second filter part 22 which is comprised of a nonwoven fabric, and the first filter part 21 and the second filter part 22 are alternately stacked.
