PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole and insole of health footwear which has good stimulation property to the sole of the foot by using magnet and which has good cushion by vertical moving of a top plate at the sole or insole of the footwear. SOLUTION: One or more recess parts 2 are formed at a plate 1 to house one or more magnets 3 at the bottoms of the respective recess parts 2. The projecting parts 6 are formed on the upper surfaces of base parts 5. The projecting parts 6 of magnets 4 whose lower surface side has the same polarity as that of the upper side of the magnets 3 are put through holes 8 from the lower surface side of an upper sheet 7a consisting of an elastic sheet with the holes 8 which the projecting parts 6 can be put through at positions corresponding to pressure points of the sole to project their tips to the upper surface side of the sheet 7a. The upper surface of the base part 5 is abutted on the lower surface side of the upper sheet 7a, and a lower sheet 7b consisting of an elastic sheet has the upper sheet 7a overlapped, fixed or engaged detachably from its lower surface side with the base part 5 inserted therebetween to form the top plate 7. The recess parts 2 are covered with the top plate 7 with the side of the lower sheet 7b facing down, and the top plate 7 is fixed to or engaged detachably to the upper surface of the plate 1.
