The present invention relates to a set of three light and three heavy chain Complementarity Determining Regions (CDRs), and thereby a chimeric monoclonal antibody PIPP of high specificity and affinity for binding to human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) useful in detecting as well as treating cancer cells making hCG, imaging metastasis hCG of hCG synthesizing tumors, delivering radiations or drugs selectively to such cancer cells sparing normal cells, lastly, preventing onset of pregnancy, and a composition thereof.
