PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that (1) an electromotive force of a thermopile has had very small power and required amplification by an amplifier, that (2) noise could have been mixed in the electromotive force of the thermopile from a system clock for reading the thermopile, and that (3) substantial errors have occurred in measurement results due to a large amplification factor in the case that noise is included in a very small electromotive force. SOLUTION: This display signal processing apparatus has a light receiving part provided with a plurality of light receiving units arranged in rows and columns, determines a mean value on the basis of a first detection signal detected from a first unit among the plurality of light receiving units and a plurality of detection signals detected from a plurality of light receiving units adjacent to the first unit, and substitutes the mean value for the detection signal of the first unit.
