PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convert an unbalanced signal to a balanced signal having a high degree of balance. SOLUTION: An unbalanced signal from an input signal is inputted to the gate of an FETM 1, and a balanced signal is outputted from a drain thereof. An FETM 2 has the gate connected to the drain of the FETM 1 and outputs a balanced signal from the drain thereof. Sources of the FETM 1 and the FETM 2 are connected to the drain of an FETM 3 being a current source. The drain of the FETM 2 is connected to the gate of the FETM 1 through a resistance R3 of a feedback circuit. A first output terminal 16 and a second output terminal 18 are placed between the drain of the FETM 1 and a resistance R1 and between the drain of the FETM 2 and a resistance R2 respectively, and balanced signals converted by the FETM 1 and the FETM 2 are outputted from the first and second output terminals 16 and 18 respectively.
