PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC chip, an MI sensor, and an electronic device equipped with the MI sensor connecting a plurality of MI elements and allowing a favorable S/N ratio. SOLUTION: The IC chip 13 comprises a pulse generation circuit 20 which generates a pulse signal with a short pulse width, an XYZ-axis switching circuit 21 which divides the pulse signal, a switching circuit 24 which provides the MI element 12 with an exciting current by allowing a pulse signal amplified in current to be supplied to a gate 24-1, and a sampling circuit 31 which detects a peak value of a detection signal induced in the MI element 12 by the exciting current. The product of a wiring resistance and a wiring capacity of wiring W-1 from the XYZ-axis switching circuit 21 to the gate 24-1 of the switching circuit 24 through which the divided pulse signal passes and wiring W-2 from the XYZ-axis switching circuit 21 to a control input section SW-1 of an analog switch of the sampling circuit 31 is configured to be nearly equal between the wiring W-1 and the wiring W-2 corresponding to the MI element 12 of each axis.
