PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent thermoplastic resin composition for extrusion molding, excellent in extrusion molding property, mold-transferring property and the balance of physical properties, and an extrusion molded article of the same. SOLUTION: This transparent thermoplastic resin composition for the extrusion molding is provided by containing a rubber-reinforced styrene-based copolymer (I) reinforced by a rubbery polymer, also (A) containing an acetone-soluble resin component in the resin composition, (B) having 0.30-2.00 dl/g reduced viscosity of the acetone soluble resin component in methyl ethyl ketone, (C) containing 0.05-5 pts. wt. fatty acid ester-based wax (II) having 60-90°C melting point and (D) exhibiting≤15 g/10 min melt flow rate measured at 220°C, at 98 N based on the ISO-1133.
