PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the rupture of a packaging material without a need of an expensive apparatus, a special packaging material, or the like, and eliminate a necessity of a large space. SOLUTION: A gas containing steam is injected into a bag made of the packaging material, and at least part of air inside the bag is replaced with steam as an opening of the package material is sealed up.
