<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED type signal lamp unit capable of driving an LED with a minimum bleeder consumption power. <P>SOLUTION: The LED type signal lamp unit 10 to supply power to an LED (a light-emitting diode) emitting lamp light for signal by rectifying a commercial power source P is provided with a full-wave rectifier 30 rectifying the commercial power source P, a constant current part 40, and a bleeder circuit part 50, of which, the constant current part 40 is to supply power to the LED 12 by receiving an output of the full-wave rectifier 30, and the bleeder circuit part 50 is constituted so as to interpose between output terminals of the full-wave rectifier 30, where an output of the full-wave rectifier 30 is made to flow into a bleeder resistor R when a phase of input voltage into the LED 12 is small not to have current flow in the LED 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
