<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that conventional electric bulb type fluorescent lamp with afterglow gives a sense of incompatibility when its illuminance and color of emitted light differ from a general electric bulb type fluorescent lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The electric bulb type fluorescent lamp comprises an arc tube which emits light using a phosphor and an envelope composed of a transparent material which covers the outside of the arc tube, wherein only an afterglow phosphor layer with long afterglow is provided all over the inner surface of the envelope. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
